1. Who we are

ScanBIM Labs LLC (“we,” “us”) operates scanbimlabs.io, scanbim.app, and the ScanBIM MCP API at mcp.scanbimlabs.io. Contact: [email protected].

Account data: email address, name, company, payment method (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers).
Usage data: API calls, tool invocations, credit consumption, and error logs for billing and troubleshooting.
Uploaded content: BIM models, scans, and documents you explicitly upload for processing. Stored encrypted in R2/Cloudflare.
Analytics: aggregate page views via Google Analytics. No cross-site tracking cookies.

To deliver the service, process payments, send transactional email (Resend), provide support, and improve product quality. We do not sell your data.

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), Resend (email), Autodesk Platform Services (BIM processing), Anthropic (AI inference when you opt in).

Access, export, correct, or delete your data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.

Account + billing records: 7 years (tax compliance). Uploaded models: deleted 30 days after account closure or on request. Logs: 90 days.

Material changes will be emailed to account holders 30 days before taking effect.
