1. Acceptance

By using scanbimlabs.io, scanbim.app, or the ScanBIM MCP API, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping API keys and passwords confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Plans and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime from the customer portal; access continues through the paid period. AI credits are metered per call; see the pricing page and credits page. Overflow usage is billed monthly at $0.10/credit up to your configured cap.

4. Acceptable use

No reselling, no reverse-engineering the service, no uploading content you don’t have rights to process, no usage that overloads the infrastructure or violates Autodesk’s APS terms.

5. Service availability

Target uptime 99.9%. Status at status.scanbimlabs.io. Credits for unplanned downtime exceeding SLA are issued on request.

6. IP

We retain all rights to the software and service. You retain all rights to content you upload.

7. Warranty + liability

Service provided “as is.” Our total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
